Global Supply Chain and Production Planning leader who builds the data infrastructure he reports from: running SIOP/S&OP, production planning, and inventory/OTD performance across manufacturing sites in the US, Mexico, and China, while personally building the SAP-to-Power BI reporting and Azure data pipelines that make that performance actionable. Operated through two full private equity ownership cycles, including a divestiture, and spent 4-5 years on the ground in China managing sourcing and production. Pairing hands-on operations leadership with the ability to build that same reporting infrastructure is rare, especially for PE-backed and newly acquired manufacturers that need performance visibility fast.
