- Lead a global production scheduling team, optimizing inventory and maximizing production efficiency across multiple plants in the US, Mexico and China.
- Build Power BI data models and reports using SQL and DAX and advanced DAX measures, giving leadership visibility into operational performance.
- Explode high-level forecasts into detailed views tailored for different planning activities, including plant capacity planning, inventory optimization and procurement requirements.
- Automate and improve production scheduling optimization for OTD (On-Time-Delivery) and OTS (Order-To-Ship) metrics.
- Led SAP S/4HANA implementation as Production Planning Business Process Owner, with deep understanding of internal processes, the Fiori and GUI user experience, SAP functionality, and CDS tables, streamlining data integration with Azure.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance essential organizational reports and automated emails to monitor key metrics: sales and production order tracking, OTD/OTS times, lead time and demand analysis, WIP schedules, production history, COGI error tracking, shipments, inventory levels and health, master data exceptions, daily performance scorecards, and executive sales summaries.
- Revitalized inventory management by implementing inventory policies to optimize capital utilization.
- Implemented capacity planning initiatives, conducting weekly reviews with Plant Managers and site leaders to align production schedules with demand forecasts and customer requirements.
- Use Azure Data Factory, Function Apps, and Logic Apps to build data pipelines that copy data from SAP S/4HANA and SharePoint into Data Lake and Blob Storage, and to automate email notifications, report distribution, and other workflows feeding the Power BI reporting infrastructure.
- Use AI-assisted development tools (primarily GitHub Copilot and Codex, along with Claude Code and MCP integrations) to speed up and improve the efficiency of reports, automations, and custom applications built to support supply chain and operations goals.
